Castlegar Refugee Project (CaRe) is hosting an International Culture Festival on Sunday Nov 13, from 1 – 4pm @ the Castlegar Complex. Be part of this!

We need your:

  • table displays, crafts, performances, food, dances and world fashions
  • dancing, singing, performances and world fashions
